Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a type of psychotherapy or "talking therapy" which can be effective in treating a range of emotional problems including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Panic

  • Trauma (PTSD)

  • Phobias

  • OCD

It is evidence based, and the NHS and National Institute for health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommended treatment for a number of issues.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or "CBT" looks at the interaction between our thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
